New in Shaker: Discover Smart Tags

Automatic assignment based on your criteria

We have just launched Smart Tags, dynamic tags that are automatically assigned to your contacts based on criteria you define.

From Menu > Tags, you can create a Smart Tag and leverage the full power of Shaker's conditional filters to define precisely who should receive this tag.

Automatically created segments

With Smart Tags, you can automatically create segments such as:

• Active members
• Clients who attended an event in the last 90 days
• Members with an active subscription
• Clients meeting multiple criteria simultaneously

As soon as a contact matches the criteria, the Smart Tag is automatically assigned to them. And when their situation changes, your lists update accordingly.

Always up-to-date, ready-to-use lists

This gives you dynamic, always up-to-date contact lists that you can easily segment and contact by email.

Smart Tags will go even further: they will also be able to be used to automatically grant access to specific content or services depending on your members' profiles.

Coming soon: Integration with automations

Smart Tags will be compatible with Automations, launching in September. Automations will allow you to send emails, messages, or discount codes automatically.
