Shaker's CRM module has been enhanced to help you find and segment your contacts much more easily.

Precise segmentation with advanced filters

With advanced filters, you can now combine multiple criteria: tags, name, email, birthdate, external ID, RFID, etc. You can use AND / OR conditions, create multiple filter groups, and build very precise segmentations.

Save your lists as views

You can now save your filters as views to access the contact lists you use regularly in a single click.

A few examples:

• All hot leads
• Children between 13 and 15 years old
• Members of a team or group
• Contacts matching multiple tags
• Active members over the last 2 months
