Control information visibility on your events

Tailored control for each service

We have added new options to give you better control over the information displayed on your events and sessions. You can now choose to show or hide certain details depending on your community's preferences and your promotional strategy.

Configurable details

• The participant list: display registered attendees to foster connection and reassure your community, or keep this information private if it better suits your activity.
• The number of registered participants: display the registration counter (for example, "6/9 participants") to showcase event momentum, or choose not to communicate this information.
• The number of remaining spots: set the remaining spot threshold at which Shaker triggers an alert (for example, "3 spots left"), ideal for creating a sense of urgency as your event fills up.

Adapt visibility to your community

The concept is simple: you choose the visibility level appropriate for each service. Some communities will appreciate seeing who is already attending. For other activities, privacy is preferable. Depending on your strategy, displaying the final spots available can also serve as an effective lever to speed up registrations.

This increased control can be configured directly within your service settings and is available now on Shaker.
